SMS / text messaging program
SkyeScaling offers text messaging to customers who opt in. We send two types of messages, and you consent to each one separately:

- • Promotional messages: special offers, discounts, and updates (only if you opt in to marketing messages).
You opt in by checking the applicable consent box on our contact form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
